Flexiteek customised designs suit all shapes and sizes of boats

Flexiteek Australia faced a manufacturing challenge in November 2019, when it had to manufacture two side decks, each 15 metres long, for a 20 metre long houseboat. The team had to commandeer a boat shed at its factory to access the 15 metre long level concrete floor. Protective sheets were taped to the floor and the template was then laid out for the manufacturing to begin. The decks had to be perfectly straight, hence the emphasis on the string lines.
